If your plan isn't on the list, or if you have questions about your specific coverage, co-pay, or deductible — just give us a call before your visit. Our staff is happy to help you sort it out.

We also see self-pay patients. If you don't have insurance, ask us about our self-pay rates.

We do not bill auto insurance for auto accident-related visits. We're happy to see you as a self-pay patient and will provide you with the documentation you need to submit to your auto insurance carrier directly.
