We accept most major insurance plans for both urgent care and family medicine visits. The list below reflects the plans we currently work with, but insurance networks change frequently.

If your plan isn't on the list, or if you have questions about your specific coverage, co-pay, or deductible — just give us a call before your visit. Our staff is happy to help you sort it out.

We also see self-pay patients. If you don't have insurance, ask us about our self-pay rates.

We do not bill auto insurance for auto accident-related visits. We're happy to see you as a self-pay patient and will provide you with the documentation you need to submit to your auto insurance carrier directly.
